Outdated room furnishings!!! Cleanliness issues in bathrooms!!! Temperature control problems and high parking fees could definitely be improved!!! Room conditions did not match four-star expectations and wifi access limitations were frustrating!!!

Duuude, the staff here was, like, super friendly! The room was super comfy and had a big ol’ bathtub. Loved having the minibar, even if it was empty. Being close to the tram was a major plus for exploring. Just wish the breakfast could’ve been a bit fresher. 😅

The hotel is super classy! ! The suite we got was amazing, had its own sauna and felt so cozy with all the amenities! Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, so many choices, hot and cold, I couldn't even finish it all.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but honestly, it was worth it.
